For this purpose your physician requests the molecular diagnosis in the network’s headquarters at the University Hospital of Cologne. Once we have received the tumor tissue, it is examined for all molecular changes that might have therapeutic relevance for you, now or in the future. Within the network, we also try to offer our patients with a detected mutation, a suitable clinical trial using a new drug.
